Big Boy Bed
Early last week Eli and I decided to pull out the toddler bed and take down the crib. So I shed a few tears as I took down the crib knowing that my 'babies' are growing faster than I would like some days and set up the bed. Eli loved it at first. Enjoying a new found freedom, he climbed in and out of the bed without being confined by the safety that the crib offered. The rest of the week proved to be rocky with very few naps but night time has proven to be easier and most nights last week Eli slumbered until the morning....even sleeping in to 9am one morning! Everyday seems to bring new confidence and security and everyday Eli seems to enjoy his 'big boy' bed a little more!
